The Companies Bill 2015 has received Royal Assent and has been Gazetted as the Companies Act 2016. The new Act is awaiting the Gazette for appointment of date of coming into operation. It will be estimated to come into force in year 2017. We seek for the attention of all the Directors of the Company on the changes duly imposed by the new Act.
